Our ultimate aim is for everyone who has an interaction with the Trust to have a positive experience. Nevertheless, from time to time it may be necessary for individuals who deal with the Trust to express dissatisfaction and there are a number of ways to do this. Talbot House Trust is committed to solving any dispute fairly and as quickly as possible.
